Any one know a solid books that take bets to post? (instead of 2 minutes before)

WWTS does but its site is too slow and times out all the time.

i know RIO does it 1 minute before post..

but they have limited there odds

win .. i believe was 16/1 odds max..

they said the reason was not enough client's

besides that many tracks they offer
